Words of Wisdom

I came across a sign today while browsing through Pinterest. Which for those of you who do not know what Pinterest is, it is a site for people to create "boards" of things, ideas, whatever they like and in turn and look at others boards and reuse ideas and etc. Anyway, while I was looking at a board entitled, "Words of Wisdom", I read something that struck me down deep. You see, I have been having several bad days in a row and that has caused a snowball effect that has left me quite blue. However, after reading the sign, I chose to throw on my big girl panties and move forward. Now that's a whole lot easier said than done when it seems as though people are doing whatever they can to help keep you miserable. But I vowed to try to remember that no one is responsible for my feelings but me and to keep this little poem if you will in mind. I hope that it may spark someone else to get up, dust themselves off and move forward. Here it is;

There comes a time in life when you have to let go of all the pointless drama & the people who create it & surround yourself with people who make you laugh so hard you forget the bad and focus solely on the good. After all life is too short to be anything but happy.
